Birdy, She's How Old?

I officially feel old. I just listened to the most beautiful cover ever by the UK's Birdy. The thing is that Birdy is only 14 and her voice rivals Adele. She is born in 1996. 1-9-9-6. No joke. Birdy's voice first became famous when she covered Bon Iver's "Skinny Love." Her version of the single skyrocketed to the top of Britain's charts. It's no wonder why. Not only does she have one of the most sincere and melodic voices i've ever heard, she's an excellent pianist as well. In fact, her mother is a trained concert pianist. Guess it runs in the family.  Birdy's first album is coming out a week from today. I can't wait. In the meantime, listen to what she's all about here.
